My baby boy thinks he's getting too big for naps. I keep telling him he's wrong and that he has at least another year of them left but he doesn't believe me. We've been at war with this particular thing for about 3 months now! He's really only made it a whole day without one a few times. Most days when he absolutely refuses to nap he ends up falling asleep around 5 then waking up at 7 and not going to bed til after 10! Those days kill me!
I sure hope he gets the hint that I'm not going to give up putting him down anytime soon and he'll just start sleeping instead of crying forever!
I'm not ready to give up his naps. I know he really truly does still need them for his growth and development. I guess it's time to pick up a book and see what some experts have to say on the subject! If I don't figure this out soon I'll be getting a lot more pictures like these ones...
