Keaton got home from work and was so hungry. I told him I'd make him something and he asked for pancakes. I've had problems with these in the past for many reasons but I thought I was getting them down until last night!
In my defense it's a little bit difficult to cook for the boy because I can't use just any recipe. I have to alter them using the ingredients that Keaton is willing eat.
I think the pictures will explain what happened better than I can.
Here is my version of Buckwheat Pancakes! Anyone want the recipe???? jk
Here one is after trying to flip it over.
Here it is all done ready to eat on a plate!!
Here's the sweet man who gets to eat everything
that I make! I tell him he doesn't have to but he
always does. Which brings up my question Love
or Starvation???? Poor guy!
Here's a little closer look
The last 3 turned out okay but it was too late
he'd already eaten the others!! He ate these
for breakfast this morning, even though they
look okay I don't think they tasted very good!

You know what that looks like don't you? (Andrew)
Those last three pancakes are beautiful!!! I'm so glad you're documenting these newlywed stories - they're so fun to look back on - remember dad talking about using my whole wheat bread for a brick? Such memories!
Marie, I have to laugh.. I think Pancakes are so hard to make even if youdont have to alter the recipe, I just stick to frozen waffles or just french toast! You'll get the hang of it!
